WOUDC Measurement Program Submission Form

Measurement Program information submissions MUST BE accompanied by a WOUDC assigned Agency ID and Platform ID. If your Agency/Platform is not yet registered, complete and submit the Agency and/or Platform Information form(s). The WOUDC will contact you, indicating your assigned Agency ID and Platform ID.

Note: If this is the first submission of platform or measurement Program information, or if you are updating the information of an existing platform/measurement program, the WOUDC will contact you, by email, to acknowledge receipt of the submission and/or confirm the update(s).

Agency ID		The registered Agency ID (Agency Acronym).
Platform ID		The registered Platform ID (Default is Station number).
Country		The ISO-3166 3-letter country code.
Instrument Name		Typical name of instrument (Examples: Dobson, Brewer, ECC sonde, UV-Biometer).
Instrument Model		Model of instrument (Examples: Beck, MKIII, 6A, 501, SUV-100).
Instrument Serial #		Serial number of instrument.
Begin Date		YYYY-MM-DD. Date the instrument came into service.
End Date		YYYY-MM-DD. Date the instrument went out of service.
Type of Observation or Measurement		Examples: Spectral UV, Total Ozone Direct Sun, Umkehr.
Frequency		Examples: Continuous, Daily, 15 minute averages, One launch per week.

If this fails, please send the Agency ID, Platform ID, Country, Instrument Name, Instrument Model, Instrument Serial #, Instrument Begin Date, Instrument End Date, Observation type and frequency to the WOUDC.
