WOUDC Home
The World Ozone and Ultraviolet Radiation Data Centre (WOUDC) is one of the World
Data Centres which are part of the Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) programme of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
The WOUDC, which began in 1962, is operated by Environment Canada and is located in Toronto.

The WOUDC contains ozone and UV data measured by instruments located on ground-based, shipborne or airborne platforms.

The Ozone data archive contains the following data categories:
- Lidar vertical profiles
- Ozonesonde vertical profiles
- Total column ozone (Daily and Monthly values)
- Umkehr N-value and retrieved vertical profiles.
The UV data archive contains the following data categories:
- Broad-band
- Multi-band
- Spectral
