NewFiles.txt

Whenever new data are posted on the WOUDC ftp server, in the Archive-NewFormat data
directories, a listing of the file names (including the file path) will be posted in 
the Archive-NewFormat\NewFilesListing subdirectory.  These listings have file names 
that use the date when the data were uploaded.

Example:	2000-05-03.txt contains a listing of the new files uploaded to the 
        	Archive-NewFormat data directories on May 3, 2000.
